Orders

Wollmuschi also offers products that are not always in stock. It may happen that we are awaiting delivery of yarns from our suppliers.

However, we strive to deliver all orders within 4 weeks. Estimated delivery times are to be regarded as guidelines and start from the date of order.

We may not be able to deliver selected prepaid items due to production or yarn issues.

In such cases we will inform you by e-mail and refund the prepayment to your credit card or bank account within ten days of the notification that the items are not available.

 

Approval of your order

Once you have made a choice and placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of the order.

Prices for shipping and tax

The shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the EU, all import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and additional charges may apply upon arrival in your country.
