Knitting kits

All knitting kits are excluded from refunds or returns once received by the customer. We cannot take back these items as they contain a knitting pattern that is susceptible to illegal copying.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
